My background in fitness began as a supplement to my martial arts. Since then, I have realized how fitness can expand, and improve life on a larger scale.I have a passion for helping people move well and reach their fitness and health goals. My mission is to inspire others to come to the same realization that I had and to apply fitness to their lifestyle to improve what’s important to them.Fitness is a given for me. That’s why I do what I do. Things I love to do outside of the gym include: music, reading, history, outdoor activities, and spending time with my family.
