Why Sthenos Athletics?

At our gym, we pride ourselves on being able to meet each client where they are currently at and then help them reach their fitness goals. We offer a variety of classes taught by certified instructors with years of experience. Our 2,500 square foot facility can accommodate up to 15 people per class, and we are located right off of the 94 & 101 Highway. The high vaulted ceiling in our gym creates a comfortable environment for our clients. Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or just get fit, we have a class for you! Do I Need Experience?

As a beginner, you might be feeling a little intimidated by the thought of joining a group class. After all, everyone else seems to know what they’re doing and you don’t want to be the one holding everyone back. But don’t worry! Our group classes are designed to be progressive and scalable, so no matter what your experience level is, the coaches will work with you to help you achieve your fitness goals.Each class is flexible and can be adjusted based on anyone’s current fitness level, so you don’t have to worry about being left behind or not being able to keep up. So come on in and give it a try – we promise you won’t regret it!

How Do I start?

Schedule a Free 1-on-1 30 Min Fitness & Health Consultation. We are A Community Of individuals Committed to Reaching Our Health and Fitness Goals

Sthenos Ath­let­ics is a re­sults-based gym that uses the pow­er of an in­clu­sive com­mu­nity to give you help and sup­port along the way.

We are a move­ment-first gym. What that means is that we pri­or­i­tize movements over mus­cles. This is what it means to be ”func­tion­al fit­ness”. But we’re not ig­no­rant to the fact that aes­thet­ics plays a big role in peo­ple’s mo­ti­va­tion to train.
So that plays a fac­tor as well in how we struc­ture our train­ing. We all want to look good.

We pri­or­i­tize strength train­ing, but not to the ex­clu­sion of con­di­tion­ing. Often times, we train them all to­geth­er. To erase any con­fu­sion, we are not a Cross­Fit gym. Cross­Fit has brought to the main­stream what strength and con­di­tion­ing fa­cil­i­ties have been do­ing for decades. We mere­ly are us­ing sim­i­lar move­ments to ac­com­plish a task.

Our mis­sion is to make HERO­IC hu­mans who are stronger than they were yes­terday, who can move bet­ter and pain-free, and to build con­fi­dence to go about their dai­ly lives with­out wor­ry of pain and fee­ble­ness. HERO­IC hu­mans who can set an exam­ple for oth­ers in their lives on how to live and be strong.
